1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Additional fees apply.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for urgent orders at an additional cost.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website or through our order tracking page.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at support@happyhandsllc.shop with photos of the damage.
  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing.

7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to both P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that delivery to these locations may take longer than the standard shipping times.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
